Check today’s location

Start with the date, address and serving hours in the truck’s latest post, then check that the stop is open to the public. Lexington Food Trucks has a daily schedule, and individual operators also publish their own updates. Follow the truck’s official page before leaving, especially when a listing is for a festival, brewery or private event.

Rolling Oven: wood-fired pizza

Rolling Oven’s mobile kitchen serves wood-fired pizza and sandwiches at festivals and catered events. For a fixed Lexington place to eat its food, Mirror Twin lists Rolling Oven at its taprooms at 725 and 723 National Avenue. Check Rolling Oven’s own page for mobile bookings and the brewery’s page for its on-site food.

J. Render’s Big Red: barbecue

Big Red’s truck menu includes pulled pork, brisket sandwiches, barbecue nachos and mac and cheese. The dedicated “Where’s Big Red?” page has the truck menu and event-booking contact, but no dated public stops were posted there when checked. Use that contact to confirm the next public stop.

Olmeda’s: Mexican and Tex-Mex

Olmeda’s Mexican Grill on Wheels serves street tacos, burritos, quesadillas and nachos. Its official page asks customers to text 859-489-1783 for the current location and points to social media for additional stops. Check the location before ordering or driving over.

Bert’s SpeakCheezy: grilled cheese

Bert’s operates food trucks serving grilled-cheese sandwiches, with a separate storefront in Berea. Its official site tells customers to follow along for the next parking location. Check the truck update for the Lexington address before heading out.

The Bus: Caribbean and Southern food

The Bus from Bluegrass Caribbean Chefs lists jerk-chicken sandwiches, pulled pork and red-beans-and-rice bowls on its mobile menu. Its October 2026 calendar lists lunch at Chase Towers in downtown Lexington on October 29 at 11 am. Open “Follow The Bus” for the current date and stop before you go.

Kentucky Strong BBQ: barbecue

Kentucky Strong BBQ’s truck focuses on Kentucky-grown and Kentucky-raised ingredients. Its site has a dedicated food truck calendar and an event-booking contact; the calendar had no dated stops when checked. The business also lists a café inside Paul Miller Ford, so confirm whether an update refers to the truck or the market.

Frenchy’s: pizza and calzones

Frenchy’s is a Lexington food truck serving pizza, calzones, garlic knots and cookies. Its site directs customers to Facebook and Instagram to see where it is rolling next, and takes event-booking inquiries. Use those official social links for the next public stop.

Red State BBQ: mobile barbecue trailer

Red State BBQ says its mobile kitchen trailer and concessions are operating at events across the region. The trailer serves pork, brisket and chicken. Use the official contact or catering inquiry to confirm an upcoming public stop; the page does not publish a daily route.

Spotz Gelato: gelato and sorbet

Spotz serves gelato and sorbet from vintage trucks at Kentucky festivals and events, and also takes private bookings. Its truck page describes the fleet and has a booking contact. Confirm the date and public access with Spotz before looking for a truck at a particular venue.

Tincan Coffee: mobile coffee service

Tincan offers mobile drip-coffee and espresso service in Lexington and the surrounding area. Its services page is for weddings, parties and other event bookings, with a contact for questions. A daily public route was not posted there when checked.

Better Blend’s Blendmobile: fruit bowls

The Blendmobile serves açaí, coconut, dragon-fruit and mango bowls, and lists Lexington in its service area. Its official truck page takes bookings for school, corporate, festival and private events. Check that page for the menu and ask about public stops before making a trip.

Drake’s: burgers for private events

Drake’s food truck serves a basket with two mini cheeseburgers, fries, a pretzel with beer cheese and a drink. Its official page advertises private-event bookings, subject to the truck’s schedule. Use the dedicated truck contact for an event inquiry; a public lunch route is not listed.

Check which West Sixth location

West Sixth’s Lexington taproom at 501 West Sixth Street gets its food from Smithtown Seafood next door. West Sixth Farm, at 4495 Shadrick Ferry Road in Frankfort, is the home base of the Cantina food truck serving tacos and burritos. The Farm says it posts weekly truck updates on Facebook and Instagram each Thursday.

Check the brewery’s own food page

Blue Stallion publishes a food menu and kitchen hours on its food page. Ethereal’s official site has its events and location information. Check those pages alongside a truck’s dated post before treating either brewery as that truck’s next stop.

Check the market date

The Lexington Farmers’ Market publishes vendor and market-location information, and Greyline Station links to its merchant directory. Julietta Market’s former web address now redirects to Northside Common Market, whose site describes its shared commercial kitchen. Confirm a dated public food-truck appearance with the operator before visiting one of these locations.
