Lexington farmers markets this winter, 2026-27

Lexington's farmers market schedule shrinks after October. Here is what the Lexington Farmers Market posts for its winter Saturday market, its Wednesday farmstand and the markets that close for the season, plus other Lexington markets in the state's directory. Standing-page and directory details were checked October 21, 2026; the dated notice below was rechecked October 23. Where the market's own pages disagree, we say so.

November 7: winter market at Greyline Station

The market’s dated notice lists Saturday, November 7, 2026 at Greyline Station, 101 West Loudon Avenue, from 9 am to 1 pm. The October 24 and 31 Saturday markets stay on Main Street, 8 am to 2 pm. The standing Saturday page still describes a downtown winter market, so use the specific Greyline announcement for November 7. It is not confirmation of every later winter Saturday or holiday. Check the next announcement before a later trip, especially December 26, 2026 or January 2, 2027. Notice rechecked October 23, 2026.

Wednesday at Greyline Station: check first

The Wednesday farmstand sets up at Greyline Station, 101 West Loudon Avenue, from 4 to 7 pm. The market's homepage lists it as open year-round, with a limited presence during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks. Its Wednesday page lists an April through November season instead. Until the two agree, treat Wednesdays from December through March as uncertain and check the homepage before you make the trip.

November 1 at Southland; later weekday dates need a check

The dated homepage notice lists Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 398 Southland Drive, 10 am to 2 pm, as well as October 25. Its standing Sunday page describes an April-to-October season; the specific November 1 announcement takes precedence for that date. Later Sundays are not confirmed here. Dated notice rechecked October 23, 2026. The Tuesday and Thursday market on National Avenue lists a May through October season at 747 National Avenue, in the Mirror Twin Brewing lot, while the market's farmstand page lists June through November at 737 National Avenue, so Tuesday and Thursday may continue into November; check the homepage before you go. Neither page posts winter dates. The Greater Gardenside Wednesday farmstand on Alexandria Drive is a summer stop, listed from early June to mid-September.

SNAP and Kentucky Double Dollars

The market's SNAP page says the Kentucky Double Dollars match is offered at every Lexington Farmers Market location. You swipe your SNAP EBT card at the market manager booth for tokens. Double Dollars fruit and vegetable tokens buy Kentucky-grown fruits, vegetables, herbs and plant starts, and a separate token covers Kentucky-farmed meat, eggs and dairy. The page carries a 2018 update date, so ask at the manager booth about this winter's match limits. WIC and senior farmers market vouchers work only with vendors registered for those programs, who post signs at their booths.

Other markets in Fayette County

The Kentucky Department of Agriculture's Kentucky Proud directory lists other Lexington markets. Chevy Chase Farmers Market lists its Wednesday season at 200 Colony Boulevard from April 22 to November 18, 2026, plus a Holiday Polar Bear Pop-Up in the same lot on Wednesday, December 9, 2026, from 10 am to 1 pm. Black Soil KY's Neighborhood Farmacy Markets are listed as year-round at 820 Lane Allen Road, Suite 176, and 760 Florence Avenue, Wednesday through Friday from 2 to 7 pm and Saturday from 1 to 6 pm. Bluegrass Farmers Market at 1837 Plaudit Place lists a season that ends October 31, 2026. We could read only part of the directory, so there may be others. If you know of one, use the correction link at the bottom of this page and we will check it.
