The park’s calendar shows the KHSAA Cross Country State Meet on the same day, with races starting at 10 am and the last at 3:45 pm, so expect extra traffic. The city's fall events page lists Lexington Trick-or-Treat that evening from 6 to 8 pm if you want both.
The park lists Hallowhinny for Saturday, October 31, during park hours of 9 am to 5 pm. Trick-or-treat the park runs all day, with Hallowhinny costume shows at 11 am and 2 pm and the usual Hall of Champions shows, trolley rides, draft horse meet and greet and museum talks in between.
