How this day is put together
The event’s times come from its listing. A meal is our suggestion: one hour, ending half an hour before the listed start or starting a quarter hour after the listed finish, on the same day and never in the past. We name a place to eat only when the posted hours Around Lex has on record for that place and that day cover the whole hour; when they do not, we say so instead. “Nearest” is a straight line between map locations (OpenStreetMap, or the US Census address location), not a walking or driving route; without a map location we use the same part of town. Parking lines are quoted from the event, the venue and the venue’s guides. Travel time is not included anywhere.
